ABIM 2017, which is the most important Biocontrol event in Europe, was attended by some 900 international delegates.
Bioiberica’s Plant Physiology Division presented their biological attractant at booth #57 in the exhibitors’ area.
Bioiberica was present at ABIM 2017, held on 23-25 October at the Congress Center Basel, Switzerland. A major event for the global Biocontrol industry, ABIM 2017 was attended by more than 898 delegates from 48 countries in representation of 426 firms and international organizations.
Apart from promoting biocontrol and encouraging networking between professionals, ABIM 2017 was a unique platform for the establishment of closer links with the political and regulatory decision makers and to disseminate information on the specific needs of the growing Biocontrol industry.
Bioiberica’s range of biological attractants such as Ceratrap and Suzukii Trap was of special interest to the congress’ attendees. The use of Suzukii Trap is showing excellent results in the control of Drosophila suzukii, a pest that causes great damage to berry crops in the United Kingdom, Poland, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, France, Portugal, and Spain.
